I don’t understand why they are still in business and the state hasn’t closed them down.
Obviously she didn’t get in this state overnight. In the COVID reporting this facility lists the beds on their reporting which is misleading. I did bring this to someone’s attention and a few days later my mother all of a sudden was this ill. I can’t imagine my mothers condition that led up to someone finally deciding maybe we better get her to the hospital. I don’t believe it was COVID that caused her passing, it was being sent to the hospital in the condition she was in. The isolation was tough enough and lack of communication and options for families with technology.

So, there are certain things that they set in their ways that they couldn't do there, but the place was nice and clean. I had friends who had been there for rehab and the staff was nice to him. Everybody was fine and the parking lot was adequate.
I was not informed of any changes in medication or the progress o her rehab. Solaris HealthCare has the PT right there, and they do very well with the PT. I do think the facility needs more people in there working. I think they're too low staffed and I think it could be cleaner, too. The rooms, on the other hand, are very small and not very welcoming.

I am not a family member nor am I a patient; I am a visitor of a friend. In my opinion, this place should be closed down. It is filthy, and proper rehab treatment is not provided. It is sad that such an institution can exist in our world today, and so many turn a blind eye to the unfit conditions that our elderly have to endure. Shame on the staff, and on any physician that refers patients to this facility.

She now is so weak she can't even get to the bathroom by herself. Their way of handling patients that are not cooperating is putting them in a wheel chair by the nurses station. I have not heard a word from them until yesterday when they informed me we would have to make arrangements in less then a week to have her in a new place.
